We are looking for a motivated finance manager to support our team in full-time or part-time. In this position, you will have the responsibility to take over the financial aspects of our company. You are a professional in financial planning, analysis and reporting and are a key contributor to strategic decision making.
Your tasks:
- Preparation and monitoring of the financial budget and financial forecasts
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare reports for management
- Development and implementation of financial strategies to optimize business performance
- Responsibility for cash flow management, including liquidity planning and working capital management
- Cooperation with external partners such as auditors
- Assist in the preparation of financial analyses and decision-making documents for management
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of finance, accounting or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in finance, ideally in a similar position
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Confident use of financial software and MS Excel
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team-oriented approach to work and good interpersonal skills
