“I ask lots and lots of questions to find out as much as I can about the customers wants and wishes, before I offer concrete advice. Whenever possible, I like to visit the customer’s home to get a better idea”, explains Agi.

There are so many different materials with a variety of features and then there are carpets and curtain systems as well – it would be easy to get lost without expert knowledge.” Anyone, who has ever put together the interior of a room knows: You won’t get far with ‘off-the-shelf’ solutions.

Agi Frenken and the entire team always keep customer needs in mind when putting together the textiles range.
