Collect and redeem award miles
Shopping at Mathes is now even more attractive: As a member of Miles & More, you will now receive one award mile for every full euro you spend with us. Holders of a Lufthansa Miles & More credit card can now collect award miles for every purchase using that card. Plus you can collect even more miles when you participate in our promotions for Miles & More members. Whether it is a gorgeous new lamp, a classic piece of furniture you’ve always dreamed of or simply a decorative accessory for your home – treat yourself and collect valuable award miles at the same time. What’s more? Once you have collected at least 7,500 award miles, you can redeem your balance right here at Mathes.
You can pay all your Mathes purchases with your award miles. The only prerequisite is that you redeem at least 7,500 award miles. The minimum order value of 7,500 bonus miles is for the invoice total excluding installation and delivery costs. You will not be able to redeem your award miles balance if you use e.g. a voucher to reduce the total amount. Generally, the exchange rate which applies for the purchases is one euro = 330 award miles.
How do I collect award miles?
As a Miles & More member, you can earn award miles for every purchase you make at Mathes.* You will receive one award mile for every one euro product turnover (excluding delivery and installation costs).

1. Make your purchase: Shop online at design-bestseller.de or at the Mathes Outlet store.
2. Download the app: Download the Miles & More app from the App Store or Google Play.
3. Photo credit: Take a picture of the receipt and serial number of your purchased product. Open the Miles & More app and open the photo credit function. You will find this in the drop-down menu under Service & Support. The data will be forwarded directly to Miles & More.
4. Miles credit: The award miles will then be credited to your Miles & More account.
You will need to give the sales person your Miles & More service card number to collect your award miles. Please note that award miles will only be credited to your account once the payment of your purchase has been entirely received and the return period has elapsed. Therefore the process may take up to six weeks in order to be completed.

You will collect award miles for every purchase made with your Lufthansa Miles & More card. Collect even more award miles by using your Lufthansa Miles & More credit card when purchasing products at Mathes.
How many award miles can I earn if I pay with award miles?
You basically collect one mile for every euro product revenue, excluding delivery and installation. However, this only applies for amounts that are NOT paid with award miles. Let’s say you pay half of the invoice amount with award miles. In that case you will only receive award miles for half of the product revenue. This provision applies for all miles in connection with product prices.
I am not a Miles & More member. Where can I register?
You do not have a Miles & More service card number yet? Go and register here for Miles & More and take advantage of the many benefits offered by Europe’s leading frequent flyer and bonus program. You will receive a provisional Miles & More service card number right after you complete your registration and receive a verification email. Please complete the steps described in the received email.
*Excludes purchases made only with award miles. You can only collect them to a limited extent. Award miles cannot be credited in the following circumstances: for returned goods, for delivery and assembly costs, for the purchase of gift vouchers, for purchases with discount codes.
